Marshfield Clinic Health System, a large integrated health system serving a mostly rural area of Wisconsin and upper Michigan, was an early adopter of hospital-level care at home. By partnering with Contessa in 2016 to launch their Home Recovery Care program, they found opportunities to connect patients to better care access, improve patient satisfaction and positively impact healthcare outcomes.
