Contessa has a robust compliance program that includes a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, detailed policies and procedures, training and intentional communication, and ongoing monitoring and auditing. This program helps to ensure that everyone in the company understands their responsibilities as well as company expectations. In addition, the compliance program provides supportive guidance and readily available support and resources when questions arise.
Contessa is committed to providing an environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing compliance concerns, the below hotline is available for situations where a person wishes to obtain guidance on an ethics issue or desires to report possible misconduct when conventional channels may be uncomfortable.
Anyone using the hotline may remain anonymous. Those who choose to give their names will have their identities protected to the fullest extent practicable. In addition, any Contessa employees reporting possible misconduct in good faith shall be protected from retaliation in accordance with the company’s whistleblower policy.
