Compliance and Ethics

Compliance is a shared responsibility for each and every Contessa employee.

Contessa is committed to conducting all its activities, services and interactions within appropriate ethical and legal standards.  The success of our business is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our employees, customers, partners and vendors.  We gain credibility by adhering to our values and commitments, displaying honesty and humility, and achieving company goals without sacrificing any of our values.  Compliance is core to who we are and what we do.

Contessa has a robust compliance program that includes a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, detailed policies and procedures, training and intentional communication, and ongoing monitoring and auditing.  This program helps to ensure that everyone in the company understands their responsibilities as well as company expectations.  In addition, the compliance program provides supportive guidance and readily available support and resources when questions arise.
