Caroline Rogers, MBA, RN, Vice President of Quality and Safety

Caroline is the Vice President of Quality and Safety for Contessa, where she has spent more than five years leading quality and patient safety efforts for Recovery Care at Home and our other high-acuity home-based services. Caroline is passionate about creating a framework that supports patient-centric, high-quality care and delivers exceptional outcomes. Prior to Contessa, Caroline consulted with a number of clients across various segments of the healthcare industry, providing strategic and operational guidance. She graduated from Georgetown University with degrees in economics and nursing and obtained her MBA from Vanderbilt University.
